| I think Callaway launched a new legacy forged irons last year. Any bro or sis using them and kind enough to share their thoughts and opinions on this set. Not really looking for any specific answer, just like to hear the general opinion of this club and how it compares to other forged iron set. Cheers... | |

| Had the older version of Legacy irons (both the GS steel and the graphite). I would say that the feel is as good as the mizuno forged irons. Build quality was good as well. It is also very easy to hit for a mid-handicapper. For me, the steel shaft is a good combi. Didn't like the stock graphite shafts.
Someone commented that the legacy is similar to the Diablo Forged. Anyone can confirm this?

| Thanks for all the feedback...
I am currently using x-22 graphite shaft R flex and the swing weight is D1. Some finding that surprise me (in fact) is that the legacy on graphite shaft SR flex is only D0.
Another is that the stock grip for the legacy is 20g which I think the average grip from golfpride is 46.5g. This would means that if I replace the grip the swing weight will be worsed.
Not sure if I am entirely right thou... pls feel free to comments.

| Thanks. It is easier to buy used Diablo Forged than Legacy. Since they are the same, I can save some $$, although the graphics on Legacy is better IMHO. | |
