Does anyone remember the website / brand of putter where the guy stands facing the hole and putts?

Seen it in play. The technique, not the product, and I played a round with the guy. It works very well, and he was using it with a normal putter

But he was also an obnoxious dude that shoots scratch and claims to be your friend leh.

I never said he was a good guy, just said he was using side saddle and it works. Kinda mind blowing that it does, first time I have seen it in action

ehehehe, my bunker skills will be put to the test alright. Been having a bad spell in the sand recently. I not guai lan, but i can be lao lan, but usually my swing makes me tu lan, so in the end i lan lan.
