To be honest with u, after changing driver, you may still slice. You should address the root cause of your swing flaw which is unlikely the equipment issue ... My 2 cents' worth ...

If ones fundamental is right, he/she should be able to use any driver without slicing in general. Perhaps this driver is new to you and hence, you have a temporary mental block. I suggest you give this driver another try, and refresh your swing fundamentals (for driver) at the same time ... Smile

Shorter shaft worked wonders for me.

I couldn't tee consistently well with the RBZ and RBZ stage 2. Few bombs in between but a lot of missed fairways. Both had the 46" shaft length. Switched to 45" 913 D2, and I started hitting more fairways.

Before buying a new one, I suggest you switch shaft first.  Try a softer flex (if you are using regular flex, try a A flex or maybe a ladies flex).   Also cut it down to 44 inch.

People slice is because the shaft is too stiff and too long.

10.5, though I've never gone through shaft fitting.

Not advisable to cut down cos if do so and still not suitable will be hard to let go.

You never know a shaft is too soft for you until you take a custom fitting.  Get measured for your swing speed, swing tempo, etc.  It's better than buying endless amount of drivers and find out later that driver doesn't fit you.

FYI Rbz is a perfectly fine driver.  When I used this driver about 2 years ago.  It was long and straight.   Really big head too.  Should be super easy to hit for everyone.....

Theoretically, higher lofts and lower spinning drivers should help you reduce the slice though won't entirely eradicate the problem. You probably have to get a professional to check your grip, ball position and shoulders position.

thanks. i agree. i think there is something with my grip too. i needed to hold my RBZ SL club face close and reduce swing speed to make it go straight.
