That's the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard...clearly, it's your shoelaces that need to be changed....i hear velcro straightens slices and adds ten yards...it worked for me!!! VD Man, I think you gave golfool syphilis, he clearly sounds mentally deranged from his comments above. Wearing his 3 year old's velcro shoes just to cure his slice and add ten yards? Your little brown eye has hypnotic powers too eh? I make sure I wear shades when I see you next, lest you drop your pants and say to me "Look into my eye..."

| This is my sad story. Bought a graphite mizzie brand new and play with it for a year. Then thought I was dam steady liao and bought a nakashima forged set. Play for a few rounds and liked it at first but then later found I cldnt handle it. Went back to my mizzie graphite to train somemore and got quite steady again. Went to a shop and tried the burner plus. Liked it cos its steel shaft so I ordered it online. Its on its way to singapore now.
So today i met a bro at the range and found that he has the same burner plus with steel shaft i ordered from the usa. Tried it side by side wih my nakashima and like my nakashima better now. Kns. So now i have brand new set yet to arrive in sinagpore and i want to sell it already. Talk abt itchy backside. Pooi

| VDman's shots are super long! The R5 is a cracker and when he whips it nicely, it's almost frightening. | |

Recently bought a driver with a stiff-regular shaft ... which felt kinda good at a shop. But .... recently went to the range with a friend and ... his stiff shaft felt better. When I test at the shop, I tend to swing slower and use less force ... coz .... miss the ball or if it hits to the side very malu ... The sales person recommended based on what he saw ... so he's not to blame.
So..what do you do when you bought a club, but later found out that it didnt suit you? Sell and buy another one ?
These are common problems. To get to a season beginner in Golf (listen to alot of feedback from golfers and get confused) - Which is a part of learning. Chipping tactics, swing planes etc. To complicate matters, shaft have all sort of weights and brands and some ppl I know, die die claims that some shaft are better than others. Some say graphite shafts are better than steel etc. Buying a golf set, irons, putter and driver is an exciting experience. Do not stop reading up and hunting on good buys. I once used a recycle ball so much until I was scolded and offer new balls to get good distance. (good kakis and fun buddies). My personal tip: 1. read up leisurely what you think you like and suits you. 2. Go test it out. 3. If got kakis, try their toys. (but remember to note the specs they are using, for driver- lots of f... training(lofts), club head volume (big or small type), shaft weight, shaft type and shaft LENGTH). 4. After you have settled, or think you have settled, go see a club fitter. 5. you will be amazed at what you like, what you know and what YOU CAN DO. 6. then you will know what options you have, what suits you and as you grow in the game, repeat step 1. A good coach will advise you too. more importantly, get confused, have fun, drink beers, buy lunches (when you lose a round of golf) and learn. Because of golf, you will do running, grip your hands virtually while waiting for the red light to turn green, watch golf channels and avoid laundries because of "live" matches on golf channels. well, almost every weekend. ^^ Peace. with beers, more peace, but very silent.. (edited this. Apologise I was out of topic on the subject matter. the usual response you will get is to sell, but if you have a friend that needs it, do give it out as gift. If costs is a big matter, then this does not apply, but it is something that you do when you give that may inspire him to take up golf or come back to golf)
