very nice ball striking! Love how you tell yourself to hit different ball flights. Must come back to Singapore and join our games and give us some demo bro...
and I like your draw better than your fades

as u can c, it's somewhere much colder, hit 70balls without a single drop of sweat .... better than air-con man. (but not so nice when u play on the course now)

no lah, i dun do the hand thing normally, this was just to remind myself later the intended shot when editing the video on my comp. My natural shot is in fact a fade, my fav shot is a low punch as it can be quite windy on my home course.

u r too kind. just wanna clarify tht I am not seeking for compliments or just to show off. posting vid here is just a bit of fun and I also like to prove a point tht we need not swing like a touring pro to enjoy this wonderful game.

Wish i can work the ball, i am just happy to have a straight ball or slightly fade trajectory.

no, was around 7pm and it was Saturday, only sad souls like me will linger in the driving range, by the time I finished, there was only one other guy left, I guess he was sadder than I was..

100% on set up ie all above in simpler terms punch - stand tall/closer, ball back of stance by 1 ball width, shorten swing, hold wrist thru impact high - normal stance, ball forward by 1 ball width and finish high most crucially, all these times, your focus has to be yr targets NOT the ball, this is the hardest to achieve out of all above. no change in swing plane/path since the more elements u need to tweak, the more likely something will go wrong
hope these help p/s these are by no means the only way to execute the shots, it just that these work for me

IronHead,
It is good to see you here. I am sure you will like this forum as they were many good and nice players here ... Now, I guess I do not need to go to both forum to talk to you.
Once again, my mouth open (not close) when I saw the shapes shoots that you can do .. Did you show this to bro Lee .. I am sure it will kill him and he will be camping in the driving ranges and try to shape his driver like you ... You are bad, bro ..

very good practice. Very good sharing so that ppl know that practicing straight shots all the time will not improve your game as much.
Winston, my other head is thinking alot looking at your avatar.

why does he wanna kill himself? gotta give me some credits bro, I hav been playing golf for over 10 yrs ord man , his swing is pretty good now if u ask me. if bro Lee can shape shot consistently just after 1 yr playing, Tiger Woods will be in trouble. besides, i dun fade here and draw there on the course very often, it's only when I have too, after all, these are not 'high percentage' and are 'high risk' shots if they dun turn out the way u expect.
