That's alot ? No.. if you have a young kid.... most of my leave goes to take care of him, taking him out, holidays with family... only in Dec I have to clear some of my leave I can play golf... a bit here and there....

Sufficient for a game of golf every month and enough to go on a holiday.

I used to have a colleague that took on a construction job in remote countries. He has 4 weeks on and 4 week off schedule. For every 28 days of work he has, he has 28 days of off days. The money good but no lifestyle. You only see your family alternate month.
