Never thought a 'giant' will fall.....tsk tsk.....

but you are right boss, will take quite a while to sell and settle the ownership, especially with so many patent issues

Dunlop shud buy Titleist an become instant leader in golf balls, trash the loco Very Happy

SRI shud buy Cameron coz everybody on pga except vijay and toms seem to be leaving them.

and finally Wilson shud buy Footjoy, so more footjoy users can at least check Wilson clubs out on the shelves, or buy their tennis rackets instead of babolats, by way of brand association

I love underdog stories kekekeke...

Dunlop used to be a major golf ball manufacturer http://www.golfeurope.com/almanac/history/golf_ball.htm

some major champions in the past only play Dunlop... look where they are today with their clubs and balls...

many golf brands of the yesterdays include Topflite, Pinnacle, RAM, Zebra, Lynx, NeverCompromise, Orlimar, LiquidMetal, are either bought over / merged beyond recognition or die a natural death (most recent victim being YES! putter)

then these days, it is Titleist balls...

who knows what's next. that's just life, every dog has its day
