@TS, San Low restaurant? i've not been there myself.. have to rely on klt.

There are 2 San low. One is a bigger one near lion city hotel.

Nope not Hak Seng. They charge awesome price for fish there about RM 100 for a mid size one.
It's San Low- a 2 story restaurant that is within the semi-d estate and a car wash shop.

Hmm... the only San Low restaurant I know of is near Serene Park (which is close to Lion City Hotel). It's at the corner. It's a ground floor restaurant (kinda open air).
