I chose to put this as a separate topic as I do not want all the main information to be lost in the midst of our TCSS.

Details:
Date: 21 August 2009
Time: Starting from 1202.
Venue: Warren Golf & Country Club

Warren will be taking care of our administration needs. For those driving, just drive around to the bag drop, drop your golf bag and let them know you are here for the GolfRepublic Tournament. Later come around again to the bag drop area and there will be Warren staff to check you in the tournament. It will be very much appreciated if you can provision for time allowance for your admin matters and be at the tee box 15 minutes before you tee time.

Program

It is simple.

Come.
Golf.
Submit Score Card.
Bathe. Rendezvous at Golfer's Terrace where Donation presentation will be held.
Subsequently, we will announce scores and do the prize presentation. To further simplify matters, for those people who have won a prize but did not stay for the presentation will be considered 'OBed' or 'DQ' and prizes will then be presented to the next person. If all else fails, an impromptu lucky draw will be held to clear the prizes. All must go on that day!

I myself have sponsored for the Warren's tournament admin fee of $150.

For everyone's $150 fees, $120 went to Warren for Green Fees and the rest of $30 went into the participant's donation pool. Only icebocc and shotah's $30 was excluded due to simplifying the accounting process as they are paying for Member Green Rates but as you can see from the above post that they have also donated their share individually.

I have locked this thread to try to keep this thread clean and easy to refer to.

The Adopted Charity: Autism Association (Singapore)

Thanks so much for showing interest in our Association and wanting to help our autistic children and youths!

We
appreciate your kind donation very much! The donation will be very
handy to us and it will be used in the construction of our new school
building for Eden School (under the management of Autism Association
Singapore as well).

The current Eden School is located at Yuan
Ching Road and the new school which is under construction now is
located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 3.
