| i think its the 2nd time YE Yang is doing this to TW. the ifrst time was HSBC in Sheshan Shanghai when he was on the Asian Tour.
Well done Iceblocc look alike....even the swing looks a little bit alike.
and best thing is he has to play the qualifier to play in this event.
a truly well deserved win for a very determined golfer with nerves of steel.

DGman At 2006 HSBC Champions Tournament. Tiger recvd. US2million appearance money. Tiger was Yang by 2 strokes then. Today I watched Tiger being Yang again. Yang make the approach shot at the 18th. hole with a 3 utility club (Anybody wants to sell a TM 3 utility?). As you all know, he made the 8ft. birdie putt to beat Tiger by three strokes. Pure drama.  What mades Tiger a Champion is his uncanny abillty to make clutch putts, today his clutch putting let him down big time. | |

| So with the conclusion of this last Major....naturally there will be a reflection...just read that Mr.Geoff Ogilivy complained of the setup of the course in Haseline....

You still needs a bit of luck on the green.. Well, Tiger's had fabulous pitches and runs before... the 16th hole at the 2005 Masters is a classic example. So, he can't be too upset. Sometimes, he gets them (actually most times) but there are other times when others play just as well. | |
