#2 Singapore Society of Golfers
#3 I think AAA also have.

u can try MGK or SGA locally or alternatively i think u can speak to some local golf pros who are authorised to test u and help u get hcp from malaysian clubs for a 1-time fee

Consider to join NSRCC........it has a beautiful golf courses of 2..... one at Changi, another one at Kranji...

Is there any difference between MGA and SGA?? other than location?

I am not sure also, anyway, i bought the Handicap in Malaysia, hope to see my real handicap.

If I am not wrong (let me know if I am) SG courses only allow SGA and USGA handicap index. As long as got the USGA in the picture means it follows the USGA handicapping rule, then there is not difference.

Note that some course in Mal are not USGA recognize and therefore if you play there, the score cannot be counted to your USGA index.

Hahhaa.. you can calculate yourself.. handicap test only ensure you play to the rules and check your etiquette. End of the day.. the index is still based on your scores and it is not average scores.
