| Mizzy fans check out the 2011 irons JPX 800. this will replace MX series Titanium face, higher COR. Luke Donald hits this 18 yards longer than his MP series irons https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6gkpNY4WRo&feature=related they have cast as well as forged version. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMKFSFX8jhg&feature=related This is a video review done by Golfalot. Looks damn chio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gyUsHX6Bgw&feature=related oh man... why do they keep poisoning us like this?!?!?!? already launched in Sept in Europe... wonder when it will come to SG for us to molest during demo days... | |

| Prefer the MX-range. This one looks too futuristic. The MX-range looks more subtle. | |

| Not too out of this world in terms of looks.
However
I think they are quite misleading in their advertising. (as usual with all big name manufacturers)
Compare the spec sheet of the JPX800, JPX 800 Pro and the MP63, u will see why its '9yds farther'

http://www.mizunousa.com/equipment.nsf/1/11glf1-irons-mp/210514?opendocument&div=golf&cat=11glf1-irons-mp
The lofts between the JPX 800 and the MP63 for 6 and 7 iron are already 2* diff. The Pro series, mebbe oni 1* but that 1* will still translate to at least 5-9yds diff for the accomplished player.
Look to it to for ease of hitting the ball but dun get the false impression u will be hitting tour distances with your '7 iron'. | |
