TeD, a number of Country Clubs open their ranges to the public (though you pay higher rates for golf balls) but some clubs do not.

Examples of ranges that are open to public:
- Orchid Country Club
- Sembawang CC
- Laguna CC
- Keppel CC
- Jurong CC
- NSRCC (weekdays only)

Examples of ranges that are exclusive to members:
- SICC
- Sentosa CC
- Seletar CC

Not sure about the other clubs...

Warren also open to public.. but ground level "reserved" for members. Nobody has ever asked me to move even though i'm not a member
