| I would be inclined to say NSRCC (Changi)... Only thing you have to pay for parking... | |

| NSRCC is not open to public, there is actually a charge ($3 i think).
It is a matter of if you would get asked by the staffs or not.

It is a matter of if you would get asked by the staffs or not. The staff there are generally quite slack...

| Turf city if you use their range (but they do not allow chipping on to the green). | |

| MBGC S$10 per hour (weekday not strict so can stay over 1 hour sometimes)
Exec Golf Course: Free when non-maintenance (cowgrass chipping area)
NSRCC practice area open for non-members on weekdays only.
Keppel practice area is for members but if buy range balls, they dun ask unless a lot of golfers around.
Turf City (Range on Grass). Must pay $3 unless are registered for range balls.
Laguna has a free putting & chipping area--closed between 12 -1 pm on weekdays.
I practice at Sembawang CC's practice area but get chased off sometimes as it's a members only course.
Maybe Orchid CC's practice area near the driving range is open to the public as the academy is no longer there to oversee it.

| I just went to Orchid yesterday morning. There are signs "for members only". I'd balloted for MGK golf pass for $11 and practiced there for almost 2hrs. MGK Golf Pass allows use of OCC golfing facilities. There are marshals/starters on nearby Dendro's first hole. I kept my golf pass in my pocket just in case a check were done. So happy to finally find a place where I can practice pitching on to the green. | |

| MGK member can have free use of MBGC's practise green only on Tuesday 7.30 to 10.30am. But it is still better than nothing. | |
