in civil service... leave can be applied for many reasons...

vacation, annual, casual, emergency, no-pay and even medical....

there is 14 days for some, 7 days for some... if u plan properly, you will be beating the system... but of course this is monitored and may hinder your promotion status...

If not complicated, how some people 'tan jiak'? I was in civil service... And now for about twice a year... I will be back in civil service. But I am not granted any leave....

You know, in my work place ... I see how we work.
I wonder ... why have things become so complicated?
Or we humans like to think complicated.

Usually, what I do is ... I stand aside, and let the others do the talking.
