Does Germanium wrist band help in recovery?

Hi all,

I am currently in Brunei for overseas detachment(Airforce), playing 3 games of golf in just 1 week. Shoulder has been aching v badly, I believe it is common for most golfers after so many games of golf. Is there any quick relief remedy to cure this problem? Does Germanium wrist band really help to hasten the recovery process?
