Hi Admin/Mod,

This forum has great information and thank you for setting this up.

I would like to suggest to make the forum font bigger and easier to read interface.

Black background, grey text and small fonts essentially not the best formula to grow eyeballs.

Cheers,
Edy

PS. the "contact us" image verification never works ...

Hi Kellogs,
Thanks for the suggestion.

Actually to enlarge the font, can be done from your browser itself.

For example if you're using Firefox, press CONTROL - and use the scroller on your mouse up and down to enlarge the font.

If you're using Internet Explorer, you can use Page- Text Size- Largest.

Hope that helps....

Hi for the font size, you can adjust your browser accordingly.

Try hold down Ctrl and scroll up with your mouse wheel.

Hope this helps...

either do that or just use the view-> zoom option on most browsers. i think this font size is typical of normal working documents.

Yes, it is possible to adjust on client's browser and thought it would be better if by default the font is bigger and interface is cleaner Smile

oh well ... just my 2 cents ... peace Very Happy

I think individual browser setting shd be used instead.
Otherwise, people who use 800x640 resolution on their screen will get a very big fonts and may not be able to read this forum properly...

Thanks for the feedback !

If the forum skin is based on fluid instead of fixed design, this problem will be not an issue Smile

Beside it is pretty difficult to find people using 800x600 res nowadays Razz

IMO, black background and grey words are not good for our eyes.

Is there anyway to change the theme by ourself?

if you are a Mac user, its even easier to increase or decrease fonts.

when i first started using this forum, i have the same problem with the reverse fonts. Now i cannot read black text on light background...

what can i say....???

From GUI design perspective a darker background is easier and better for the eyes as it is not overly bright and causes glare. Probably its the text that is small which causes you strain your eyes.

A function of having different themes for different users would be cool as well, as it caters for different age groups.

DGman, let me find you a magnifying glass... he he he...

For those who aren't pleased with the black backgrounds, you should check out Blackle, and understand why there are benefits in this approach.
