| it's really nice to hear other people have all these similar experiences. and it's my 5th day already and i'm happy to say i don't really have the urge to smoke anymore. i was thinking to myself, why can't it be like drinking where i only do it with friends? so i had a puff with my friends yesterday and after one stick i couldn't smoke anymore. it just tasted a bit disgusting and i didn't have the urge. so hopefully i'm on the right track now and i'd really rather blow my money on other things than on smokes. haha
now gotta cut back on spending on golf. bought too many things at the recent sales already. hahah

| I think Jawarez method is the best, I went smokeless for 1 week plus then now, every now and then, be a social smoker. Generally, I will smoke when I have ciggies around, but without it, I am fine... to me, I cannot really consider myself that i have successfully quit smoking but at least i beat the first obstacle of controlling the urge. | |

| They should limit the space for smoking....remember in Army time, especially when i was attacted to Paya Lebar Air Base in the early 80's. Everyone was and must smoke within a small Yellow Box. It dangerous to smoke when there are Aircraft Fuel fume everywhere. The Government should have limited yellow boxes for everyone to puff. If the box is full then they must Q up just to puff. (citation needed) The Golf Range follow the NEA rules very well, NO Smoking in the Ranges in Singapore. Was in Range the other day just to practice Lamts18's wedge swing.....a man at the far end hide a puff....within mins. the manager walk towards him and ask him to move away from the range to smoke....Good Job !!!! Keep Up the Fight bro Ironfist....Have good faith.....Have Pray for you to quit totally .....

| Good that some ranges practice that. OCC doesn't seem to be the case tho. | |

MBGC has no-smoking zones but I don't think they enforce it very well.

| I hope the management do look into this new NEA law seriously as it an offence to smoke in the Golf Range. It now a Law against smoking in the Childrens PlayGround and the Parks.
