| I was trying to pay to eBay through PayPal. But 2 of my cards was rejected! I think I need a PayPal code from the credit card? Is that right? Do I have to get the code from the credit card company?

| u can do a verification on the credit card u registered with paypal. but that only increase the transaction limit only, i think. they will charge a random amount to the card (they will refund immediately), along with a pin number. u juz need to enter back the amount and pin for verification.
your prob sounds different. r u using a singapore paypal account or the US one? try topping up with your bank account alternatively.

| this is my recent issue with paypal and how it was resolved:-
1. Credit card will have a $3 held into paypal and will refund to u only when u have verified with the 4 number pin code provided in ur monthly statement. (5 working days later u can aso call the bank to ask for the p2p xxxx 4 digit number) 2. without verification, ur payment or transaction limit is freaking low. 3. atm card will have 2 nominal amt trf to ur bank acct. u need to get the 2 amt from the bank statement (u can actually call the bank and check 5 working days later) 4. in any event the paypal find that it has a suspicious transaction(probably u press too many times) they will actually reject any paypal. try doing it half a day later.
hope this information helps. if not, call paypal singapore number. cheers
