you can consider consolidating your various US shipping orders via COMGATEWAY or other postal services that offers repacking.

normal driver shipping is about 30-40usd if i am not mistaken. you can always test it out by checking out at online shops like golfsmith or tgw or 3balls.

Have you tried the club? This driver tends to launch high and 10.5 may not be suitable depending on your swing
