Online golf shops?

Anyone heard of or have experience from frens with these online sites?

The deals they have sounds too good to be true. Odyssey Black putter 7 selling for 120 USD? Free shipping WORLDWIDE? I am not trying to be a skeptic here but it is really too good to be true.

I tried calling their "live" customer service number (USA number) but no one ever picks it up. Asked a golf siao fren in the states and he says these are bogus sites who are based in China.

There are lots of these stores sprouting up. Best to pay a little more and buy from more reputable stores. When it's dirt cheap, it's usually dirt you get.

amazon would be safe....

rockbottomgolf, golfworks, golfsmiths........ in my opinion are quite reliable.

Better to buy from power seller whom had very good track record if wanted to buy online.
at least, pple that had bought it are happy that it is original and have little chance of going wrong..

There is always Comgateway, Borderlinx, Tarazz other than VPost. Prices do no differ much since most golf shop will pack the clubs nice and compact i.e. no wasted shipping cost on paddings. I noticed that some of the offers at RBG ends up at golftiam

yeah eBay power sellers or those that have spotless feedback should be pretty reliable correct? i'm planning to buy some clubs from eBay from the US.

and i've heard bad experiences with vPost with many orders taking damn long or getting lost and they only refund like 60 USD or something. only after making a lot of noise then the customer can get the full refund. CGW seems reliable enough!

CGW will help to re-pack and compact the packaging, saving you cost in shipping. Dun think the others will do so.

it never happened to me... :

good tip... some of the sellers may get cautious in the packiing and put in more cushioning and use a bigger box... the thing with vpost is that they charge the higher of the two, either by weight or by volume!

my experience with vpost so far oso not v good, but they works...

Ive given up on Vpost... to many bad experiences, last straw last week.... Will try one of the others mentioned....

i have countless dealings via vpost. i'd give it a 9.5 /10 for reliability.

never had any problems with them. things always arrived earlier than mentioned,

wow I have used maybe 30 times.. (cos I did not know about others) and would give them 1.5/10.... guess they dont like Ang Moh...

try Comgateway, they've been really reliable for me.
