All the best bro, please adopt a dog from someone or from spca, dont buy lah, there are alr alot of homeless pets around in SG... I wish that the dog will find you as well, must have a bit of fate in this search.... having a dog is a lifelong commitment but you gain a friend for life... My doggie cannot pick golf balls but if i hide a golf ball and ask him to find, he can find it when he is good mood....

| Raphlim, Ur doggie is so cute!
Kian, you can visit SPCA to check out the dogs up for adoption. Coincidentally, i'm also looking to get a dog, though my place is really small =P

| to adopt a dog, best to bring along someone who hv experience with dogs so he can more or less tell the character of the dog... timid dogs can be good and bad... Alpha dogs will take over u as the boss of the house...
good thing abt adopting a dog is their character dun change much

| Two months ago, my wife found a Schnauzer abandon by the owner. The condition was really bad, suspect being tortured. She cant bear to send to SPCA, so we have one more baby to carry..... | |

http://www.petschannel.com/adoption/ i joined several pet forums and look thru lots of the posts....seems like theres many home breeders selling the puppies as a for-profit business! @mizzy - let me recover from my swing first haha haven played for a month le... can jio daniel to play ma! Looks like the search for a lifelong doggie buddy is as elusive as the search for the perfect driver

Ya man! Call it fate or whatever... my dog found us and stayed forever. This little puppy jumped into my mom's car when she went out to open the gate. We couldn't locate the owner. Next thing we know, he's spending his nights comfortably on the sofa, watching tv with my brother. It's been 5 years since. Now he's my mom's favourite son... regular hair cut, medical check up, etc. Cheh!!

Yes. That is the case. My adopted adult Schnauzer was rescued from one such breeder. There are just too many puppy mills out there. So support adoption and kerb the demand.
