- It's not the easiest trick in the book. In my case, I need to focus on the feeling of taking the grip back on the takeaway (in the past, I used to 'pick up' the club with my wrists), then at parallel, remember to hinge my wrists when my arms are parallel to the ground. Top of backswing, due to my problem of over-active shoulders and hips, my coach suggested that I trigger the downswing with my arms - the lower body doesn't remain completely quiet, but quiet enough that it prevent my hips from shifting, which in turn does not trigger my shoulders to open to target too quickly, hence causing my right shoulder to turn DOWN into the shot instead of FACING the target (which causes a fade/push/slice) during the downswing. I don't think of unhinging my wrists, instead trusting that they will unhinge by themselves when my hands are almost parallel.
Sounds complicated, takes practice, start with your PW at the range, and practice on grass where possible - you can't get the feeling of compression off mats the way you do off the grass.
seebayho - to be honest, monday and wednesday were amongst the best ballstriking days I've had recently. Problem with me is that when I am under pressure, my swing becomes more mechanical than relaxed - what you saw that day on the back 9 was me playing to enjoy the company and the course, after a disappointing 9 holes where I felt pressured to play well. At SSN, I was just there to relax and enjoy the company, so again, my swing was very relaxed and I was able to make good contact. Lesson - don't keh kiang and swing at 100 balls the night before a round. I only brought up 50 balls for general swing practice and ended up hitting almost twice that number, which probably resulted in muscle stiffness the next (i.e. this) morning wow! great tip! thx bro and all the best for yr return. hope to catch you next time again!

| I know 6s, I know matchplay, I know stroke play. I luckily got to know 'Big snake/small snake'.... so quick hands and legs, to find out what the shit is Vegas...got the below thru web...wah piang.....(pengsan) (PS: luckily or unluckily, I failed the underlined criteria) - Quote :
- Definition: Las Vegas is a betting game for two teams of two players each. Winnings and losings can add up quickly in Las Vegas, so it's a game preferred by better - and wealthier - players.
In Las Vegas, each 2-person team plays for a team score on each hole. But it's not a normal team score. The team members' scores are not combined; rather, they are paired: Player A gets a 4, Player B gets a 5. The team score is not 9, it's 45 (the lower number goes first).
If both players get 4s, that's 44; if one gets an 8 and the other gets a 3, that's 38.
The team score represents the number of points each team earns per hole. Points are tracked throughout the round and the differential is paid off at the end of the round. A single-hole example: Team A scores 4 and 5 for a 45; Team B scores 5 and 6 for a 56; the difference is 11 points.

Looking forward to a game with you in sept on your next trip. Tour Tempo is interesting is that it doesn't focus on the mechanics, just the tempo. I kinda hum the tune in the buggy, but just lost tempo recently. Need to get back on the programme. Best when practiced at grass range (brushing the grass), but should work fine off mats. Remember to maintain soft hands/wrists, which will result in your hands leading the clubhead through impact, and give you clubhead lag Not bad, finally got to meet you after everything I've read about you P.S. did anyone manage to *ahem* get away* with the *ahem* ZIM *ahem*
