Royal Johor Golf course

just played on last sunday.... really can die..

Men - pants
Women - ALSO MUST wear pants. i was standing at the Tee box and the marshall told me i have to get myself a pair of pants if not i cant play. so i ran at my fastest speed to the pro shop at the club house.. salesgirl told me "sorry, we dun sell ladies pants". and so i spinned to the pro shop at the driving range and got myself The Pants. finally!

balls- a tube of my brand new Big Bertha balls with Visa logo are gone when i was getting ready to tee off...

stamina- commando course if do not have the stamina. both my legs are still aching.. after 5th hole, i was using my wood as a hiking stick, many up slopes..

game - me and friend share 1 caddie that day as there is not enough caddy on that day. a few times we would use wrong club. because most of times, my ball position is not next to my friend's n the poor caddy who is carrying our 2 golf bags are really far away from us...


neverthelss, i survived becouse of good company, some betting to keep my legs moving and some cold cold beer to freshen up after 9 holes and 18 holes! BEER!!!


However, it is too tiring for an aunty like me. thus i would still prefer courses with buggy.

I LOVE Royal Johor... ! It's what golf SHOULD be like.. ehehehe...

I agree with Focal Point...

RJCC is what golf is supposed to be...

If you walk the course.. you feel the course... you'll know the course better and it'll make you a better player.

But also admit that the course is NOT for everyone... Brought some of my kakis there... One nearly had a heart failure...

You need to be FIT to play golf.. not play golf to get FIT...

my 2 cents worth....

i play there almost every sat and sun....

I hv never play there before n hope to join u guys the next time u r playing there.

i love walking course.

even at poresia, I always grab my wedges + putter n walk to green after 2nd shot leaving my partner to drive buggy n they "hate" it.
