hit it once when fellow golfer lent to me, very big club head, not used to it. my friend who owns the DST seemed to hit better with my Callaway FTi... think i'm newbie so cant handle the "beast" yet.

I have the 2009 launcher. I find that it is a pretty decent club. I clock average abt 200 to 220.

With the DST, the head is slightly smaller and shafts are lighter. For me lighter doesn't mean it is better, i felt that you sacrifice control for the longer distance. Plus DST comes with Diamana. Although it is a good shaft, the Reg may be a bit too stiff for average players.

The head is good byt shafts wise may need you to look for a fitter to find the right one for you.

Hello, I am actually selling the DST in the Marketplace. It is a good club and has garnered several favourable reviews. Personally, I loved the club but using it would mean that I have to drop my old driver, which I actually assembled myself some years back. The DST delivers good distance for me and feels good. The TM SuperFast Burner is probably slightly longer (I have that too), but it could be due to the Burner being longer in length. Among the few new drivers I own and have tried (DST, SuperFast Burner, SuperTri), I actually find this the easiest to control and the most effortless to hit. The only gripe I would have with the DST (and this applies to other longer lightweight clubs) is the lightweight grip. The grip feels thinner than most due to its low weight and if the need for a new grip arises, there would be less options if the same swingweight is to be maintained. Have a look on the net and there are quite a few reviews. A good review can be found here http://thehackersparadise.com/home/?p=7079.
