DIY Putting Mat

I use my carpet...

If planning to play at Warren, I practise putting on the marble floor....

How is the feel man? Similar to putting on the green in terms of ball speed?

Seems like a SOLID idea.

Currently I use my baby's play mat after the go to sleep. keke I play on the mat after my kids are done with it.

As it is made of plastic, it is slightly fast but similar to green not like the carpet green type.

Home fix (saw at Tamp one) selling a green mat (think its $15 or $20 per meter). will make a very good putting surface. The mat is around 1m width and is in one very big roll. Was about to buy a few meters until found out the price. The mat is like those artificial grass mat, with very small grass like surface.


BTW which Daiso store has that mat. few months back was looking high and low for it at Vivo could not find it (saw some on display under some other stuff but not on sale)

I bought mine from Daiso IMM (Jurong East) as I stay nearby; each piece is about 12'' x 12".

8 - 10 pieces should be more than enough to make up a good length for putting so it will be abt $20 max for them.
