| DD's performance at the US Open makes me wanna look for a 'Inspired by David Duval'. | |

| i thought the DD inspired series just pop up in value...if DD wins, wow....maybe double..the putter has drop in value over the years until now...and with a ping grip ....
the putter has a sound slot too....if anyone wants to take a closer look at this baby, we have the big 4 in the cabinet. there are 4 in the Inspired Series...Sergio Garcia, Davis Love, Brad Faxon and David Duval.

| most SC long necks use an insert face...there is a reason.
for those long necks without insert, it feels different. this is due to the percussive frequency of the hosel and the putter face. in fact the further the distance between shaft and putter head, the harder the feel. thats why the newport 2.5 feels really good because it has a 1 inch neck.

| S70B, how much do reckon this is worth in the open market? It's simple yet elegant piece. | |

DGman Eric, do you mean the 1.5? I don't recall a 2.5. I know of the 2.6 and 2.7 though.

| the new SS series comes in the 1.5. my favourite is the studio style 2.5. difference is in the shape of the bumper....square like tigers' putter above or round like the newport. i never knew that he is also a dot and not line person. haha. btw those big red dots are different from the SS series...these are the real Cherry Bomb. the lie and the condition on the hosel is pretty bash up too. also i can see that if scotty has his way, he will prefer to have his name on the back cavity instead of his investor Titleist...it looks pretty weak and a half F--k engraving.. on a side not...this is the latest item that i am hopefully getting soon..still negotiating with owner....not on ebay. lets see what happens......DGman | |

| Nice Zen Oracle putter, Eric. Somehow, I always thought that Zen only did the mallet-type putters. | |

| Legend has it that the 'cherry bombs' on TeeDub's putter is to reduce weight in both the heel and the cavity so as to induce more toe hang and promote a smoother and better gated stroke. Whatever.... I just like the design cos its !@#$% cool! | |

Original - Priceless. It has 12 Majors tagged to it. His 1997 one with a TEI3 insert already is going for USD$50k at Plaza Golf in Los Angeles. Replicas - Anything between USD$3-10k. There are a number on the market.
