HI Everyone, Just wonder does anyone know where can I find this Island green course in ASIA? This course I'm referring is a green that need to take a boat after hitting from the tee box. if you've a picture or know the club name, I'd appreciated.

I think you could be referring to the Amata Spring Country Club in Bangkok, and the signature par 3 17th. FYI, this is the venue of the Royal Trophy.

Nope... don't think I can afford it. I saw it on TV during the broadcast of the Royal Trophy.

Island greens are interesting. Playin at a course with 1 this Sat.

Genesis, Amata Spring's quite a long way from Bangkok in an industrial estate, at least an hour's drive. Now with the expressway, probably much shorter. It was an members only course years ago when it first opened, not sure if they accept members of the public now though.

Abit out of point i think... But check this Island Green located in Northern Idaho...
Course: Coeur d'Alene Golf & Spa Resort http://www.cdaresort.com/golf Island green distance can be controlled via computer!!!

Also 1 in Mexico need to take boat.
The new course in Laguna has island green, modeled on Sawgrass. Only difference theirs is 150 yards, ours is 170 metres....

Birdman, I think so also but there agency that organise this tour package , so it mean it's possible to play over there. :-)
Shorthitter, 170m on par 3 is not easy boy.. especially island green.

Yes 170 is actually crazy, to a green the same size as Sawgrass... the top players in the world miss it...
This is the mexico Island green....
They have 2 greens for the same hole, as you can only get to this one when the tide is out.....
