I think you can get them at major PLUS toll stations or at selected gas stations.

When you go to JB, you can buy it at the custom.
Just ask your frend to get off the car, there are some aunties (who look like SG Carpark auntie) holding handheld machines whom you can buy the cards from.

You won't miss them cos there are always like 4 or 5 of them walking around.

Going through Woodlands other day (JB side) bloke in BMW trying to pay touch and go but not enough money.. traffic backing up so i jump out of my car with my card to pay for him.. get traffic moving...

Aunty scold me "cannot... 1 car 1 card"!!!!

I ask her how the card no which car it belong too, but my accent threw her....

End result had to wait while BMW pay.......

That is total BS. The TnG doesnt differenciate 1 car 1 card. I know coz I tried it. The auntie talk kok.
