I din find as many golf shops in SFO as here. The Nike store near Chinatown sometimes have some great discounts on apparel. Try using your 11B for additional 10% off hor.

Otherwise, I was pretty disappointed with the experience there.

Can ask ppl here like SS who are more familiar with NorCal.

BTW, dun choke on the clam chowder in the Boudin sourdough hor.

i used to live in the bay area. assuming u have a car, u can go to the golf mart near tanforan mall near the airport.

its pretty big and has 4 hitting cages u can just take and test any club. and they have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee u can go back and change the club for something else if you like. but no refunds i believe, just store credit.

further down south in san carlos there is a golfsmith. Goldsmith is also another one of the bigger golf store chains. just google the location.
