Hi, any brota & sista using Cobra S2 or S2 Max irons? My club just gave way and looking for a new or used set. Any talks on that?

Just bought the S2 irons 2nd hand from a friend. Stock shaft in R flex. Easy to hit, easy to use. and very light. but have to invest in a sand wedge as it only comes from 5-Pitching, Gap wedge

What price you paid for the S2? I am also thinking of S2 Max..

I bought a USED set from a friend. 6 months old but he only used it twice and discovered that he can't use it. I paid SGD$700

cos SG only have e graphite version.

Been to the shops at suntec, taka, centrepoint, funan but dont see the s2max..

I think you can check with Sports & Leisure P/L (#02-19) Tel. 68849575 and Vinc Sports (#02-11 & 31) Tel. 62359657 located at Far East Shopping Ctr. Give them a call to check before going down so that it will not be a wasted trip.

yup i will claw (thought i'd not place order for it yet via TGW.com)
cos SG is not bringing in e steel set for 3h, 4h, 5-P.
and it cost ~US570 (w/ shipping) to come into SG.
so i'm still thinking "HARD"

Hi RonHo, according to Cobra SG, there are 2 versions for S2 Max irons:

1) Hybrid-Iron Set - #4, #5 are Hybrids the rest are game irons
2) All Iron Set - all are irons

Pricing is below:

New S2 Max Steel 875.00
New S2 Max Graphite 1,050.00
New S2 Max Hybrid Graphite (8pcs) 1,440.00

I last checked e shops at Far East Shopping Centre 2 weeks ago n they have yet to arrive. Proly end of e month according to 1 shop, but cant confirm also.

I'd more/ less made up my mind to get the S2 Max Hybrid/ Iron set (3h,4h,5-PW) + 1 S2 Max sand wedge from TGW.com
The cost for 1 set is US$499 + US$49.95. The shipping cost for 1 set is US$78 n 2 sets is US$59/ set.
