Any CIMB card holders wanna organize again?

Did not have good experience with booking thru the card.

Booked weekend games at bintan one week in advance. I was told the flight is available but they will need to revert on tee time. Assuming everything is settled, I paid for my ferry and hotel.

They only replied 2 days before the flight, to say that no flight available at club.

It was then too late to cancel hotel and ferry as less than 3 days notice period.
