I would observe and learn from other golfers first than slowly try myself on the various swing technique available until I find my own customize personal swing which is easy on me. And after which, I would add power bit by bit for distance. No point hitting the balls 100x but 90 percent of it fly aimlessly. As people always say, quality not quantity ! - 2 cents worth!
