Chill out place

Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay are my fav places to chill out

Shall we tentatively fix a place, date and time and see if we get a good number of interested GR folks?

rochester or dempsey park are pretty good

I think KPO would be a nice place to chill, there is an open area at the top.

Actually, it'd really cool if GR has a regular chilliout place to drink and chill beside ranging together.

did somebody suggest the indoor golf simulator place? can't remember the name. aircon room with beer and munchies, golf simulator to whack a bit..
but i think its expensive yah?

GR's Beery Beery Night

I tried VGolf also at the waterloo st. Quite good, spacious, and lots of simulator bays to use...

We can do it a VGolf too which is plaza by the park.
Could get a discount, was there on promotional rate the last time.
Waiver on 1st hour of stimulator, etc

Has anyone tried the system at Vgolf and Swing?
Can anyone tell which one is more accurate?

My Vgolf experience is quite good. But you always need to up your club by one. For example my 7 iron normally is 135 m, then in Vgolf I have to use 6i. Not sure why.

Then for those who has fast swing speed, some machine can't even register... you know who

Personally I have tried both, I find Swing's simulator better of the 2.

Wilkang: Me not so much time for golf, lah! Have to work week days unless 'escape' for 'field work' which is rare nowadays.

I am taking leave next Tues afternoon to play in Blee2007's group at OCC.

However, if you want to join me for lunch some weds, let me know and I will gladly share the free jug of beer with you.

I think sunset bay at ecp is oso quite nice

The vgolf place is quite a nice place to chill. So where n when is our first chilling session?

Other virtual golf hangout options are MaxSwing (Orchard Central), Revolution Screen Golf & cafe (Tras Street) and Urban Fairways (Club Street).

will be in JB for e 1st time at green.. wont be able to be back at such an early timing..

Mloy: Arrive back on Fridya about 5 pm.

Yuki: Reason for the slightly earlier start and finish to accommodate golfers with morning games on Sat. If no takers, then considered called off then. No worries.
