State of Mind - What Makes You Play Better?

Was having a fairly average round round this morning at a damp Palm Resort Melati from the Blues. Got to Hole #10 and hit a fading driver into the right rough, no biggie. For some strange reason, couldn't find the ball and somehow, it set-off a chain reaction which resulted in me blowing my top. For the next series of 4 - 5 holes; where I was determined to rip the cover off the ball on every hit, I proceeded to play my best of the round with either bogeys or pars and even a birdie. This appears to be a regular issue with me i.e. I need to be in the red zone to get in the zone, if you know what I mean.

I'm sure everyone is different but what gets your round going?

Good for you! For me if I reacted like u did, I will continue to blow more holes. I gotta keep telling myself one shot at a time

different people have different arousal level... we already have 2 extreme end here
