| once i hit like 200 balls, went home and nothing was wrong i still felt fine. still can go eat prata and teh tarik after. but the next day wah the backside aching like nobody's business. wonder what went wrong there.. hahaha | |

initially tat happened to me... cos i dun exercise at all except the recent golf thing... then.... bought the Phiten necklace n use it when im whacking n i dun experience tat kind of body ache anymore... friend say aiya it my mentally... but no lei... physically i experienced very big difference... u may wan to try tat... | |
