Back to the familiar ground of San Diego next week. Was here most of 2008 for training too.

I will miss Florida alot. Afterall, the area I was in is where Jack Nicklaus, Ernie Els, Camilo Villegas, Robert Allenby, the William Sisters call home now. I was just lucky that training is in the same vicinity where I can enjoy the golfing facilities.

I think this is one area in USA besides Beverly Hills where u can see Ferraris, Aston Martins, Porsches (Spotted a Carrera GT), Merc AMG SL600s, BMW M6s are a daily staple on the roads.

You need some serious dough to live the life in this area.

Or you can just go to Dubai....

But do you know how cheap are the cars in the states compared to Singapore?

A Lexus ISF in the states is even more cheaper than your typical 2 litre family sedan here in singapore!!!

Buying a car is cheap here, maintaining it is not.

My insurance is USD$1500 per annum.

Did a repair of the water pump on my previous car before I sold it.

Part was USD$400

Labour was...USD$500

Frig man, Repair a few more times I can buy a new car liao.

Anyway its a culture thing. Most people here wud rather spend their money on property. Cars are meant to be functional.
