Hi all

Do u shrug your right shoulder at the highest point of your upswing for a RH? (maybe unintentionally?)
Or should it be in a semi stiff but relaxed manner? not in a shrugged position.

I have noticed my right shoulder shrugged at the highest point of my upswing. (i am a RH). then i tried not to shrug it. Seems that i can swing and hit better without shrugging but i cant really do a full upswing without shrugging my right shoulder. Any advise from GRians here? What is the correct method or position?

sounds like you are not making the turn correctly or flexibility issues....

Just my guess, let the experts help u
