| Need to arrange game for VIPs next week and want to make sure caddies, buggies etc etc are good and their experience is pleasant. They're willing to pay for this convenience. Does anyone know of contact details of the caddie master?
Thanks! | |

Thanks! If I am not mistaken... currently there are both Indonesian & PRC caddies. It really depends on what VIPs you have... important thing is that the caddies can understand what they say (buggy on track... so your VIPs will have to get them to take clubs etc). Personally I find the PRC caddies more fun to speak to as some of the Indonesian Caddies may not be able to properly understand english, but if your VIPs cannot speak chinese... then I am afraid you dun have much choice. You may be lucky if they have local caddies... but will need to call to find out. Generally my experience with both groups of caddies tells me that they have some basic golfing knowledge and local knowledge... but dun believe them 100%

| mysticsea: Thanks man. Will call them immediatly.
Alvin: Yeah, I think the VIPs looking for PRC caddies. But I heard that there're not that many of them around. Anyhow, will know more once I speak to caddie master.
Thanks again. | |

| Was just there recently and was told about 10% only are PRC. And they get snapped up pretty early. | |

| Guys,
The caddies master for the PRC is a china lady from Sichuan. If you are interested in PRC caddies, I can ask the contact for you.

| Had a game this week there, yes, there are only 10 PRC caddies and about 40 indo caddies....
PRC caddies normally got to book in advance and heard that no prior caddie booking for afternoon flights. But if got many balls, think can be arranged.
Generally, I feel that caddies there are ok standards only....

| I had one that claimed to be indo. When I spoke to her in bahasa, she couldnt understand me!!!
She later admitted she was cambodian!! That aside, she was lazy and terrible. I asked here where to hit, and she went 'straight lor'.
Asked her about putting line, and she went 'follow your friend lor'.

| Ed: I empathise with you completely. The only time I played there, my friend's caddie was given the marching orders after 5 holes. She was absolutely diabolical. Cannot run that risk next week.
ChrisD: Cheers. | |

| To be frank most caddies there are not up to standard. The better ones are in RJCC. | |

| I think the PRC caddie is slightly more hardworking then the Indo ones. If do a simple comparison, I would even vote that the caddie at Poresia is much better than those in HH.. - Edgarkj wrote:
