OCBC Golf Series 2010

So bro Poresia, have you received the confirmation email from OCBC today?

This morning I received a confirmation email, 1 hour later they send another email telling me to ignore the first email. I think got no chance to play liao..

it was a long story...me too.

till now i m confused if I m in or not.

OCBC Customer Service said that I m in but like u, receive email n said ignore. v confused.

email to inform all will be out by end of tomorrow.

R u 1st timer? preference r given to 1st timer.

I not first timer.. already took part 2 of the series liao..
only when I join GR that I came to know you are the one who won twice.. haha
did they mention in the email that all will be notify by end of tomorrow?

i called OCBC conceirge (the same telephone number that u called when u registered) and was told they used a old list maybe Laguna or Serapong and inform the wrong guys that they r successful. tats why ignore email was sent out.

I called OCBC Customer Service but they told me that i m in.

anyway, dun trust them anymore. 1 customer service officer said i m in, another said the list is not out yet so dun know what is true.

just wait for email.

u play in serapong n laguna? based on course layout information, TMCC Garden seems easier than serapong. must ask jimmy choo who rep BFG in BT League.

yes, I played in both of them. I'm that guy who won the longest drive at Sentosa if you can remember...

Anyway, I think no chance for me to play liao.. so sad

The whole episode is embarassing for OCBC.

Was told everyone is supposed to receive 3 emails..

1st - notify u tat u r in.

2nd - notify u to ignore this email bcos they made a mistake n use a wrong listing.

3rd email - to notify u that u r in based on correct listings.

They checked n confirmed that I am not in the list!

I highlighted to OCBC Conceirge that some ppl only receive 1 email. They were puzzled n speechless.

The other strange thing is Customer Service told me that I am in before i recvd any email.

till now i m confused n frustrated.
