| Hello Everyone,
I finally signed up yesterday after hearing DGman talk a lot about some forum.
I think i'm member 202 cause thats what the statistics said after I signed up.
Also, met Kopi Towkay at BFG while picking up my new irons yesterday.
Been playing since 03 but only started looking at customizing my clubs in March this year.
Now everything in my bag has gone through BFG.
I usually practice at Laguna on Thursdays and play weekends at NSRCC.

You are not alone. My 14 clubs in my bag has gone through Big Fish. With more clubs in my store-room, I will be buying balls from him. And for Eric to complete his conquest over me, he had to give me that nice bag I am using now. So my 14 clubs, balls and bag are all from BFG! Blast the accused place.

| More statistics about me:
I got a little crazy on eBay recently and bought 700 used golf balls. OOPS.
300 ProV1s 200 NXT Tours 100 TM Burner TP LDP 100 Srixon Soft Feel
All "like-new 1st grade" or "very good" condition.
Anybody out there buys like-new golf balls?

| hi BT, i would suggest you post a separate thread on this and put on Marketplace
You may want to state your price per ball/dozen/10s etc so that those interested may contact you.
I am certainly interested if the price is ok

| Welcome Aboard BT,
Nice to see and chat with ya at BFG yesterday.
Hope to see many posts from you, even "HUH????" count and indicate a willingness to learn and share with us all.
It is a Great Network and always friendly, well most of the time, and that will be a chapter for the books and put to rest after tomorrows Warren Extravaganza!!l
Trust me, many of us have done the same as you on ebay. It is so damn easy to get caught up in the frenzy of bidding and wanting more, more, more.....impulse buying at it's best!
I have over 3000 transactions on ebay and I would say close to 50% of those that dealt with buying were in some manner, shape or form, an IMPULSE BUY!
In any case, Welcome and Enjoy your place in the Sun! Cheers, KT

| Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.
I had my own heads from eBay, Tom Wishon 705w2, and DGman had them fitted with True Temper TX-Tours and V55 grips. All value-for-money options since I spent a bit too much on balls.
I'll probably try to get the balls listed in a thread up next week cause I'm playing Palm Resort on Friday and NSRCC on Sunday.
Also got to find out if I what I paid for them was reasonable.
Took a look at some shops where they sell pre-loved balls but no one had ProV1s at all so I've not been able to find any pre-loved ProV1s in Singapore to compare prices.
2 people told me different things. One guy who saw the balls said they were really cheap for their condition, the other one said that I paid a bit more, but he didn't see the condition.
Anyone know how much they usually go for?

| normally go for 1-1.50 per ball but not necessary super good condition. Those very good conditions(almost mint) may cost 2 dollars or more.
Golf house used to bring in 2nd tour(used pro v1 in near mint condition) at 39 dollars per dozen.

...Just me ' Duval' I picked up my Tom Wishon 705w2 irons with True Temper TX-Tour shafts. The heads came off eBay, bought by my friend who made an impulse bid and I made an impulse buy from him.

Used (lost) 10 already in 4 games. 1 at Palm Resort, 5 at Kranji trying to drive the green at hole 4 in 3 rounds, and 4 balls lent (lost) to other flightmates who wanted to try NXTs over water.
