Will the skins inner wear help with the wind and the morning chill?

Hi Denmeister,

I just came back from Kunming 2 weeks ago. It's really chilling in the morning. Better to prep yourself with inner wear especially if you are teeing off in the morning. If you are teeing off in the afternoon with the sun, you can skip the inner wear but i think better to wear pants rather than shorts. It can get quite windy too.
