Terms and Conditions
~ SIN-BIN ferry timing restricted to 0910 hrs and BIN-SIN ferry timing restricted to 1635, 1735 or 2015 hrs ferry.
~ Cancellation of booking is not allowed. Full charge will apply.
~ Amendment of ferry booking is allowed at a charge of $7 per amendment per pax.
~ No amendment to ferry booking is allowed on the day of travel. 1-way ferry ticket rate will apply and confirmation of ferry seat is subject to availability.
~ Golfers are to furnish credit card details upon reservation . Full payment will be deducted from the golfer's credit card upon confirmation.
(Note: I'll submit my credit card details for all, hence i'll need to collect payment before the trip)
~ Golfers' full passport details are to be furnished if ferry bookings are required.
(Reason why i require ur email (one that u check frequently) so that we can coordinate better from there)
~ All golfers are to ensure their passports are valid 6 months from date of travel and should obtain the necessary visas (if required) prior to their departure to Bintan.
No refunds will be given for any last minute cancellation due to invalid passport or visas.
~ Amendment refers to change in departure date and time. A change in passenger's name is considered a cancellation and cancellation charges (if any) will apply.
(Ria Bintan has suggested that we take the 2015 hrs ferry back, which means we'll lobo ard and then reach Singapore at 2215 hrs.. alternatively, we may want to take 1735 hrs instead (means everyone has to 'chop chop', then we can reach Singapore at 1935 hrs and can have dinner at Changi Village Food Market!)

i'll send email to all by mon or tues to let all know of trip details, get passport details n advise payment mode (POSB or UOB), but if you wan to pass cash, pls be at starry starry nite on 20th Jan. for those who has not CONFIRM, pls confirm by 20th Jan okie.. i'll cap the number of golfers at 12 (3 full flights), unless 4th full flight can be formed..

I will prefer 1735 ferry back , could u confirm with Ria Bintan whether they can accomodate so many ladies for massage ? I heard if they cant cope , they will issue a voucher for u to go back another day , I wont want to go back just for massage ....

yup yup.. the proposed time schedule, i've arranged for 1735 hrs ferry, and not to worry, i've emailed Ria Bintan 1001 qs abt the Spa and game etc.. this is abt the Spa qs (i'll confirm with them again about 12 balls):

hmmm.. now we have a dilemna.. Ria Bintan says..

"For the massage, the spa can only accommodate maximum of 8 pax. Therefore, we suggest to split the group to 6 pax / session and move the return ferry to 2015h."

i need to know who are ok to take the later ferry @ 2015? we may split to 2 different return ferrys.. which means later ferry people will have to have their dinner at bintan resort. pls indicate timings.
