Dun worry.. I also feeling the effects of the 18-hole le.. Whole body aching too, esp. at the back shoulder.. Lucky it's only a one day thing, if today also need to golf think i'll die le.. =X

Believe it or not, sleeping in a compression top (e.g. SKINS, Mizuno Bio-Gear, etc) does help in reducing post round soreness. Tried it, and it works
