| I am happy with my Cobra S9-1 Pro-S drivers. When you do everything correctly, you won't be disappointed. But if you don't swing properly, the club will make you regret. | |

| If you don't mind the ultra big head of the L5V... after a while i find the head a bit too big though it is forgiving.. the S9 is also a good driver... some of us here is using it with great results. Match it with a good shaft if you can and you must. Cheers. | |

You must give it a try if its suits you.. else there is many options out there.. i would prefer the S9 over the L5V but i very fickle..

| Previously, I was using the LD speed with the Factory fitted Shaft. Everytime I swing, my club head tilted and keep slicing the ball. So ever since then, I dun trust factory shafts anymore. | |

| I tested both during the Cobra Demo Day on Saturday at MBGC. I found the S9-1 more forgiving. The L5V was nice but I didn't quite like the sound (a bit like my Nike 5900 "clang"). In any case, both clubs were good. What I didn't like were the stock shafts which I found to be whippy. Maybe it's cause I've gotten too used to my Graman #5 stiff. Playing with those clubs reminded me of my old Burner shaft. If you do decide to pick up either of the clubs, I'd recommend a change in shafts... or at least considering a change in shafts | |

| Hey Viper, I guess the best would be for you to head down to the range to try it out yourself. Everyone has a different swing, and a different result when they hit the ball - Sooo oooo ... the best advise anyone can give is to get you to try it out yourself!
That said - Im a big big cobra fan when it comes to drivers. Been using titleist heads, taylormade heads, and recently i tried the S9-1 D ... and im probably sticking with it for a long time to come. The shaft kinda sucks though, but usually ppl get it changed. There are a couple of good fitters around, so please feel free to utilize their services!
