| Wataa peeps! I don't have anything fancy but I have a California Monterey 1.5 35" which usually stays at home. I hit with my early 90's Callaway tutle II vintage putter lol | |

| Indeed all are very beautiful putters and probably they will cost a bomb! Just to check with all the Scotty's fans here, how can I customize my scoots in sg? I would like to re-paint my club face by adding more colors, or making it black oxide and punching my initials on my putter. Any bro here can help me with this? This in advance... | |

| Hi Titleistfanvic
if you are talking about professional customization services, i'm afraid there are currently no shops in singapore that offer such a service. at least not that i know of.
most of us here send our putter overseas for customization. the most obvious option is Scotty cameron's custom shop. You can ship it there and they'll ship it back once its done. all the custom options are available on the website online. to make shipping cheaper, you can deshaft the putter and just send in the putterhead. All in all, Scotty cameron's custom shop is probably the most reliable, but also the most costly.
other options include Black oxide Services (BOS golf), and Tom Slighter. You can do a simple google search and you will find many more options. But these are the 2 reputable ones i know of. The good thing about these alternatives is that firstly, they are usually cheaper than the official Scotty cameron custom shop, they are more personal, and offer more custom options (check out Tom slighter for some cool designs).
If you do not want to spend that kind of money, then the only other option is DIY. As far as paintfilling is concerned, this is extremely simple and you can just buy some paint markers and DIY. There's a thread on paintfilling on this forum. Otherwise, just go and youtube and there are very many videos on this
As for stamping, this is a bit trickier. Sure, you can buy some alphabet and number stamps online and DIY, but the risk of screwing up is quite high. You prob need to practice some before trying it on your precious putter.
Finally, black oxide is the trickiest of all. If you are thinking about the durable black oxide, as seen on BOS golf, then you probably need professional help. The cheaper, and much much less elegant option is to just buy matt black spray paint and do a paint job. this is obviously not as durable as the black oxide finish and may not look as good
Anyway, with the power of google these days, i'm sure you can easily find much more info on this topic online.
Good luck! | |

| Anyone tried sending Scotty back to the Scotty factory in States for refurbishment? Costs involved and worth the effort? Thanks. | |
