| Dear All
Would any bros advise as to where should I get my first Scotty putter. Would ordering online be better than going to FESC or other pro shop? Thanks in advance.

| for sure go to greenfield at far east shopping center not far east plaza ah. The prices pretty much depends on the sellers who put the items on consignment there. But the boys at the shop are honest and make you feel right at home. | |

They also carry new Scotty - think they are parallel import. I was there 2 weeks ago asking for the Scotty Squareback II, and they quoted me $400 for a new piece.

| Just came back from GD to look at their SC. Was told that all the SC putter cost $450. Hmmm not sure which one to get. In the end walk out coz don't like to make a haste decision. Need to do research first and read up the different putter design. | |

Yup agree, its not the price and review but the feel and enjoyment when looking at it. That's why took a step back and did not make a hasty decision to get it. Need to have a feel of the other putters.

You'll never become a true, complete golfer until you start making hasty decisions when buying equipment.....how else do you expect to fill up your bomb shelter or closet?....how else will you be expected to make tough decisions, such as should i throw away my leather callaway tour staff bag or my rosewood sleigh shaped baby cot? I totally disagree with the use of logic when buying equipment as do 99% of the GRians...one look at the marketplace is all you need for evidence... There's also no need to shop around for the best price....what's $50?..after all, you'll lose much more when you put up your putter in the second hand market..... So please go ahead and buy....whatever you love in the showroom will disappoint you on the green anyway.....there are many eager folks here willing to help you rectify any mistakes that you may make....

Which shop keeps the most number of current models for Scotty putters?
Is Greenfield still the cheapest place to get Scotty?
Thank you. | |
