Beginning Golf lessons

I've played a few rounds of golf at the green, hit a few nails here and there. Now I wish to join a class @ CDANS Bukit Batok, nearer my place. Intention is to improve my game.
Any recommendations?

If you wish to join a class at CDANS, try Ronald at 91804282. Alternatively, you can try the South Korean lady coach there.

Can try Ronald Heng there; you can see the prices for lessons on his poster where he conduct his classes.

Recommend to go there look look see see and talk to him personally.

Sign-up if you are comfortable with the price and his method of teaching.

I see. I go to Seletar and it's good but I can't say it's exactly cheap. Standard rate I guess.

Maybe Punggol range is better for you to take your lessons there as it is nearer to your home

nvr really heard good reviews about punggol range coaching.

i was wondering if it is actually very big difference should i take up those in grp of 4s or 6s than to take 1-to-1 courses. in terms of cost, its hell of a big diff ya?

Personally I think you can't learn anything in big groups.
I've been there and done that. The amount of time gotten for the money paid is not worth it.
I feel that if you start off wrongly, the amount of work you need to change that is just too much.
And I prefer a place with big actual greens to practise hence no Punggol or CDANS etc.

thanks for the recommendations and feedback from all golf buddies here.
is there anyone who wish to join me in CDANS? i'm looking for 1-2 pax in a group to learn.
this way, the group won't get too big and manageable for the coach and we have fun learning and playing golf! Smile

I second what Hiryu said...imagine 10 students for one hours....so effectively...6 mins per student?

oh no la. i looking at 3-4 per coach kind of groups. so was wondering if 3-4 per group is effective cos i do have a small group of 4 friends including myself interested to pick up golf.

Just went back for one-on-one with Ronald yesterday after a two month hiatus. Never fails to disappoint. Finished the session really happy with the result...
