Nike Training goes behind the scenes with Rory McIlroy on a typical day off the golf course and in the gym. Take a look.
Do you do any exercises off the golf course to stay fit? We incorporate a lot of the same exercises Rory does in the video on a weekly basis, it helps quite a bit.
