Pulai Spring's members please fall in! (URGENT)

I heard that Pulai Springs is going to buy back all the memberships by paying to each member the following:-

(a) A golfing member who acquired his membership directly from the Company, will be paid a sum equivalent to 70% of the membership fees paid by him to the Company or RM20k, whichever is greater.

(b) A golfing member who did not acquire his membership directly from the Company, will be paid a sum of RM20k.

In addition, each member shall receive a credit sum of RM500 for every ear that he is a member of PS Resort.  However, such sum cannot be exchanged for cash, shall not be transferable and shall have to be spent at the Company's resort...during a period not exceeding 3 years from the date such sum is creidted into the member's name.

Do you think this is a fair deal?  The EGM will be held on 29 Nov 2014.

Have lots of friends member there, can't wait for them to buy back the membership, some paid as high as Rm50k(exchange rate 1.7).

Anyone play pulai spring recently? they have some really cheap promotions now at RM70 on weekedays. But i heard the course is terrible. is it true? any feedback?

those that never pay the monthly maintain , does it mean membership forfited/give up??
